This report will focus on the Truckee and Little Truckee Rivers. The general Trout season opens this Saturday the 27th. With all of the nice weather access has opened up for some areas but, not all. Jackson Meadows area is still a few weeks out from being accessible. So plan on fishing around Truckee on down towards the stateline. Boca and Prosser reservoirs are accessible. There is currently still a lot of snow on the ground in the Truckee Area and access is getting better but still somewhat limited. The further down stream you go the less snow.
